Request the deletion of your FlakeDesk account and personal data. You don't need to have the app installed.

We'll send you a confirmation link. Nothing is deleted before you confirm.
What is deleted
Your account, profile, login credentials, sessions, calendar connections (Google/Outlook), your conversations with the AI assistant and its memory, notifications, feedback and personal preferences.
What stays with the organization
Contacts, companies, interactions and customer conversations belong to the organization that uses FlakeDesk. It is the controller of that data, and you handled it as its representative. These records remain with it, unlinked from your account. To request their deletion, the request goes to the organization itself.
What is retained for legal periods
Audit logs and tax/accounting documents are kept for the periods required by law (art. 16 of the LGPD) and then deleted. Your personal identifier is removed at the time of deletion.
Timelines
Deletion takes place 15 days after confirmation. During that period you can cancel through the link sent by email. Once completed, we send you a confirmation. Backup copies are overwritten in the normal retention cycles, within 30 days.

You can also delete your account from inside the platform, under Profile → Account → Delete account.
Open my profileAre you the only administrator of your organization?
In that case, the deletion stays pending until someone else is promoted to administrator. Otherwise, your team would lose access to managing the company account. We'll let you know by email when that happens, and your right to deletion is preserved: it's only a matter of the order of operations.
