Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The 14-day trial unlocks every feature without adding a payment method. At the end, you choose a plan or stay on Free.
Is it Meta's official WhatsApp?
Yes. FlakeDesk is an approved technology provider and uses the Cloud API. You connect your company's number through Meta itself, with no phone left on and no risk of being blocked for using an unofficial API.
Can the AI see other companies' data?
Never. Each organization is isolated; the AI only looks at what belongs to your account and at the platform's public help content. Your data is not used to train models, and you can turn the assistant off at any time.
Where are the documents I store in FlakeDesk kept?
In private storage on Google Cloud, isolated per organization. There are no public links: every download checks whether the person can see that customer. The space depends on the plan, and changing plans never deletes files. Every file is scanned by antivirus before it is saved, on our own infrastructure.
How does founder pricing work?
Anyone who subscribes while the founder offer is active pays the founder price, locked for 12 months, even after the full price starts applying to new customers. From the 13th month on, the current price list applies with a lifetime 20% discount, and any price change (that one or later ones) is sent by email with the exact amount at least 30 days before billing changes. The offer is exclusive to the monthly plan and stays with the same subscription: a late payment that is settled does not remove it. Only cancellation does, permanently. After cancelling, a new subscription pays the commercial terms in effect on that date, even if founder spots are still open.
Does my whole team get in for the same price?
Yes. Pricing is per organization, with a user limit per plan (see the comparison on Plans). Nobody pays per seat.
